Try SlimKat 4.4.2 by david vaz (project ARA), I am using it on my G510 its smooth like ASOP mod by Hero.

I need rom for my y300 and i heard that this one is best:

But link for that rom is dead, so if anyone have it on pc or have some other link it would be great to upload to mega or similar site.And if this rom is dead, what you suggest? I am looking for stability,smoothness and good battery life.Thanks guys

Hi,

So AOSP mod by Hero is also a recommended rom for stable and fast rom ?

Since several weeks, my Huawey seems very slow.., i'm on CM 4.2.2 rom and i would like to try another rom to see if it will be better..

I'm downloading AOSP mod by hero to give a try.. Is it considerated as the more stable and fast rom for the Y300 ?

Chil360's SlimKat is based on AOSP, more compatible with stock android 4.4.4, good features, no themes (except slim's the real dark themes variations, excellent kernel for CPU goverments and OTG enabled.

ProBAM is based on AOSB, with is based on Cyanogen 11 (android 4.4.2, should be stable), less compatible, much more features, less goverments (OTG not tested), maybe interesting for u8951 users if maybe had enabled overclocking.

Hi,

I use AOSP Mod since several month and it is often slow, maybe caused by the rom, maybe by the phone itelf ?

My question : do you think i could have better speed and/or stability with another rom ?
