adb sees the phone but the fastboot not :/ plz help!

Hi, tried to unlock the bootloader, got my code of huawei, but the fastboot does not sees the device. The adb finds it alright. Tried deleting and reinstalling the usb drivers, updating the software on the phone (form b175 to b189) but no luck. Any help appreciated!
