Already been answered. They'll probably do something but right now cm11 theme engine affects the real dark slim theme.

The problem is : some roms ( c-rom and other ) have slimkat dark theme and cm11 theme

I flashed CM11 only because The Theme engine but it doesn't have AS many features as SlimKat :(

It doesn't have that menu option... I mean lock screen - only under the security stuff, but there isn't wallpaper option, or I didn't find it

If u can't find it, try with xposed lock screen tweaker module.

Yesterday I did some test regarding Skype videocall:

First attempt: phone as I've been using all day. Reboot

Second attempt: set governor to interactive, It worked.

Third attempt: with governor still set to interactive, I used some apps (contacts, Opera MIni, Youtube, etc.) Reboot.

Fourth attempt: with governor set to ondemand but no recent apps. Reboot.

Fifth attempt: with governor set to interactive, no recent apps. It worked

 

So far, it seems like the key is to set the governor to interactive AND to clean all recent apps.
