Everything works fine on ART but still, whatsapp messenger still will not work. :(

SlimKat9 Fresh Install + ART = Whatsapp not working by me too.

So what I did is

I do clean flash on Slimkat9.0 with gapps and deleted some system app. Some of my app convert to system like google camera replace camera2 and file explore with ex file explore

Then I convert whatsapp to system app. Dont ask why. Enter recovery , wipe data and boot. Go back to recovery and flash to change ART. Once login to google and everything

LOOK AT THE DATA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello anyone who know how to fix force close when starting games like subway surf, powerboat racing, modern sniper. 

The force close happen when 3g data connection is on, but when i turn it off all games running with no problem.

i had a problem when i wanted to go into vpn in network section it wanted a credential pass that i never made!!! i wiped everything and reflashed the rom now anytime i connect my phone to my pc i have to reboot it so the apps can use the data on sd card. why? do i have to wipe something or reflash it?

I still have a problem (or bug) on SlimKat 9: I adjusted a custom ringtone from the internal storage/ringtones folder. After some restarts the phone forgets it and I should set it again... Is there a solution for this problem?

40 hours, 4 nights and you'll have all the sources, not a big problem if you want it, the problem is that you don't even know how to set up a build and you are still asking for lollipop every day, even if  you could have a 100 mbits you couldn't build lollipop, just because you don't have the knowledge to build it.

An odexed app lags because the executable is outside the app res and assets

Two, save space, battery life, increase performance.

 

Now I know how to save data space on ART runtime.

Odex the ROM, I've been searching how to odex for ART runtime but I have no answer.

Of course OUR kitkat roms are slow, I did a lot of tweak,mods and add some script (thanks @luca020400)

The kernel I use is Synopsis NIGHTLYS 20141004_developement_build with setting the governors and I/O using script.After all the mods and tweak I done, the result surpassed Stock ROM 4.1.1 B195 

 

The reason I want KK because I want pull down status bar in fullscreen mode plus I've been using Slimkat since the 5.0 release

The odex file is the app executable outside the app ( the app contain the exexutable compressed )

So it use more space

 

Battery drain should be equal
