I don't think nokia X will give any big jump in our development as the CM dev who own the device is working on CM10 (His github activity shows)

They don't see what is Dazzozo and Kra1o5 and all others have done :)

I feel the real proud to have them

Ok, I'm waiting it, because, for three days I'm returning on cm 10.1, but after two months of slimkat, i found cm 10.1 more laggy then slimkat:(

Hey guys,

Jenkins just started to build the new SlimKat weekly version 3.8. Builds for the devices will show up during the next hours. Some words to the changes:

- We needed to remove googles reverse lookup from the dialer (not forward lookup) due of legal reasons. As replacement to the already present revere lookup with other providers we added as well a new people lookup API. So new Dialer has Google and OpenMaps forward lookup (near by places). White pages ppl lookup and reverse lookup for a bunch of providers. More will follow soon.

- SlimRecent got some update and new functionallty. Favorite mode along with mode for left handed ppl and the ability to scale the size.

- Lockscreen and notification reminder got some love as well.

- Gapps got major updates.

Slowly we are preparing next stable release. 3.8 should be allready near. As usual read carfully the changelog and install instuctions.

Yes MasterRck, they are on CM10 because Nokia X is only JB4.1.2 but I have post it for 2 reasons:

- I think IMHO that the only choice to see some qualcomm driver for adreno and cpu is Nokia pressure in case they wanna push KK on Nokia X (if nokia want update this android model of course) So we depend on Nokia desires and strategy. I don't see others OEM interesting in adreno200 family update to KK.

So take a look at the NoxiaX development on XDA is interesting

- If some devs here can comunicate to XDA CM dev to inform him that we are on KK with almost the same hardware could be a great thing for him and for us if he can help us whit some advice too

Little feedback: Installed Slimkat 3.8 + Kernel 0.31 = everithing fine and no more pause during lock\unlock with every music player

My lock screen fine but I have very little network since flashing 3.8. Confirmed my 3 uk sim card OK by trying in Samsung galaxy ace and HTC one x Very little or no network on my y300 ??? EDIT-OK seems the network bars are just a bit laggy for me and i got full network services now :-)

system is smooth and very fast (i disabled all animations)

I have this bug, i "resolved" with lock and unlock again.

I have another bug too, when I turn on the phone, I have the navigation bar, but I don't active it, I resolve changing rotation. I noticed that I have this bug only if the xposed framework is installed:unsure:
