It's related to the brightness slider and some smali or xml issues, if you don't want it, take the old systemUI.apk from 1.8 version and replace it with the right permissions

no, kernel are sligty different, because g510 cpu in 200mhz faster

the kernel is the same. the cpu clock gets controlled by a kernel driver which detects your current cpu and choses the correct settings for it ;)
