If that Indian ROM is 4.4 then maybe the focus should be still on 4.4.2 betas from Coolpad? As I've read in Android changelog, 4.4.1 brough some nice improvements to camera (autofocus, white balance & HDR improvements) & better ART applications compatibility (+ some "bugfixes" of course). I have himax rom now and it's OK. You have to flash superSU through recovery. It has 6-7 Chinese apps that can be removed. Battery icon in top right screen size doesn't show charging. Rom is fast as AOSP should be. I don't know much about ART in KK roms but I think First Job said that it doesn't work.
