Yes, but everybody describes "amazing battery life" differently.

Whats the average screen on time you get? Thats my definition for battery life :)

For Skype you should try some older version's. Instead hangouts try talk because latest hangouts has video issue even with stock ROM.(4.1.1)

what is the best recovery 4 this rom? they make any differences ?

 

and stock kernel is ok or i should use another kernel?

 

speed and performance is my priority ..

 

after flashing the rom should i wipe anything?

 

i used aosp mode but it was slow and tested expert this one was ok..

The best kernel is synopsis for cm10.1

I installed Carbon last night, a so far so good :D

Also installed synopsis kernel 19.08 earlier this day, working ok.

 

Strange thing is that with stock kernel i had reboot when antutu benchmark was working and after installing synopsis kernel reboot was gone, benchmark was completed without problem.

I think it is something gpu related because it rebooted when 3D bench was about to start. It is my best guess :)

Probably is a kernel related problem ( Like gpu )

Reboot happens when kernel or system is trapped in an unsolvable error and as a defense mechanism the system have to reboot !

With the synopsis kernel,since it have many code fixes and updates kernel have less chances to 'panic' => Doesn't reboot !

in the settings>battery information there is activity and it dosent show correctly for example when the screen is on in the settings you dont see any activity thats a bug in cm10.1 roms

Fonz93 i think i know what he is trying to say...from quick settings panel if u open battery stats it shows wrong battery stats when u refresh them... then it shows the correct stats

allora. nelle impostazioni tel. clicchi batteria li ci sono le informazioni sull'attività del telefono, cosa consuma batteria ecc. le informazioni attività sono sballate hai lo schermo acceso e non lo segnala. capito? :D
