Guest lomax84 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 I've just flashed your rom, Luca. It seems fast, smoth, stable, and it's nice too! very good work ;) i would like to have an option to turn off home\menu\back button lights off, just as in slimkat. can you tell me if it's possible to turn them off, maybe editing build.prop or somthing else? thanks :)
Guest lomax84 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 You can edit build.prop Van you tell me which line, please?
Guest luca020400 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 (edited) Search on this thread ;) echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness chmod 755 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness Edited October 1, 2014 by luca020400
Guest lomax84 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 No there isn't any option in carbonsettings ;) But you can manually remove the light editing this file /sys/class/leds/button-backlight and replace all the text with 0 Is there any option for disable softbutton lights in cm10.1 ?? I can add it that file is empty :( and there's no ro.button.backlight line in the build.prop i had to install rootdim, but now it takes 10mb ram to work :(
Guest lomax84 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 You can add it ;) added at the end, but didn't work. ro.button.backlight=0 ro.button.backlight=off none of these worked
Guest luca020400 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 Try this in terminal emulator : su echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness chmod 755 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness
Guest lomax84 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 Try this in terminal emulator : su echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness chmod 755 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/max_brightness permission denied. ok, thank you aniway :)

Guest luca020400 Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 zram isn't enabled ;) You can install these but crossbreeder=seeder=battery drain
Guest farfix Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 zram isn't enabled ;) You can install these but crossbreeder=seeder=battery drain I don't feel a big battery drain using crossbreeder/seeder :) I'll try it btw ;)
