I use external. I flash again and it works now. Hope that error will not exist anymore. And i hope someone can fix voice problem in FB Messenger.

Hi, this is the first time I've installed a custom rom, and so far, except for one thing, its been great.  My y300-0100 has been running much smoother than with Huawei's original rom.  Thanks fonz93!

 

Now, the problem I'm having is with playing video in firefox. Any time I play video from certain sites in firefox (examples below), firefox crashes. And it sometimes happens with audio (some audio always works, some always fails).  Video seems to work fine outside of firefox, and the same sites work fine with Opera.  I'm also pretty sure that video within firefox was working a few days ago when I was running the original y300 rom (and I'm also pretty sure it was the same version of firefox).

 

My reason for suspecting CM maybe the problem, is that similar CM-only crashes of firefox have been reported in the past (though that is a different problem and has apparently been solved).  See:

Is anyone else having this problem, or is firefox working fine on this rom for you?

ETA: I also tested the firefox beta app, and still get this problem with that.

 

ETA2: Seems a small number of users are reporting this on Jelly Bean in general, rather than just CM.  https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/998984

Looks like it happens on certain devices running Jelly Bean, but not others.  And this bug has been around for 5 months without a fix. Dang!  And I was hoping to use firefox as my main browser! :(  (I don't suppose someone who knows what they are doing could figure out a work around!?)

 

ETA3: Just to render my own post superflous: I just sideloaded a nightly build of firefox, and mp4 videos work in that! :D So it looks like I will just have to wait until the fix makes it into the stable version.

Try to clear Firefox data from Settings>Apps and try to play again.

Thanks, but that didn't work.  As I said above I'm pretty sure this is a bug in firefox affecting 4.2.2 (and possibly only on certain devices), and is fixed in the current nightly (36), but not in the beta (34) or the stable release (33).

And also I wanna ask if I need to flash also your tweak. Increase audio and fix led deep slip. Thnx

If you wipe them before flashing there is no need to wipe again

 

If you want to increase audio, flash the .zip in first post, there is no need to flash the fix for led deep sleep, is already included in my ROM
