Guest ZolaIII Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Fonz know to repack it as it comes with stock precompiled Huawei WiFi driver (also known as trouble maker) still that one probably uses less power than others...
Guest SH3H1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 @All G510 users :D https://github.com/fonz93/android_device_huawei_u8833/wiki/Changelog
Guest fonz93 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 New build available, changelog in the first post. @G510 users, let me know if the dancing screen is fixed, thanks.
Guest porozex Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 i dond understand why we dont have cm10-10.1 official instead of cm10.2-11 wich our device dosent have drivers for them :S.
Guest porozex Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 The cm11 is unofficial http://getcm.dazzozo.com/?device=u8833 so why the rom is on cyanogenmod page?
Guest fonz93 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 http://getcm.dazzozo.com/?device=u8833 so why the rom is on cyanogenmod page? Is not the cyanogenmod official page
Guest SH3H1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 http://getcm.dazzozo.com/?device=u8833 so why the rom is on cyanogenmod page? It's just Dazzozo's getcm..Look in unofficial ports in cyanogenMod page all our CM ports are listed there (Showing this is unofficial device
Guest luca020400 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 The only official rom is lewa os
Guest porozex Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 maybe we can ask the cm team for an official cm10/10.1
Guest luca020400 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) It would be great but impossible Edited August 26, 2014 by luca020400
Guest SH3H1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 maybe we can ask the cm team for an official cm10/10.1 What's the difference?
Guest fonz93 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) There isn't and will never be an official CyanogenMod for this device, we did a lot of request in the last year when the phone was "new" and no one listened us What's the difference? Instead of single persons there is one team working on a device tree.. Guest SH3H1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 whats new in todays update? There is a changelog in OP,right? R2 Fix G510 Dancing Screen (Thanks Kra1o5 and Dazzozo) Readd Trebuchet as default launcher (someone asked for it) Min frequency 122 Mhz as default (needs some testing)
Guest xSergioHp. Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 (edited) Downloads with Google Play not works. It shows an error with restore the server info [RPC:S-3] EDIT: The default min freq is set to 245 mhz (it shows settings>performance) Edited August 26, 2014 by xSergioHp.
Guest SH3H1 Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Issues are not always related to ROM Looke here http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/59861/error-when-downloading-application-from-the-play-store-rpc-s-3

Guest xSergioHp. Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 Which Gapps did you use? i use mine and didn't have any problem The G510 may have a different freq table I use the gapps from first post but no matter, I deleted the Google account and I have been reconfigured and all perfect. By the way, I forgot to mention that the fix of dancing screen works perfectly. Thanks for your support and your attention :)
Guest Pierreism Posted August 26, 2014 Report Posted August 26, 2014 My Home button isn't working with this ROM and there are some issues swiping to get to the Notification Power Controls. There seems to be some dead zones on my touch screen. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

A ROM can't make dead zones on touch screen... Check your configuration or your hardware Edited August 27, 2014 by fonz93
