My mother doesn't hear echo

 

Oh god, i was testing VoIP on SlimKat, but i wanted to see if this bug on CM10.1 is really present and i flashed it just 1 minute ago (the 19/12 version), no echo here... i made 5 calls to 5 different people and no one said to hear echo, i think i'll give up, some peoples have bugs, some don't, this is really pointless.

 

I'll work on 4.4 and i hope 5.0, so if you have the echo bug, flash the 06/12 version

I can also confirm no echo over here.those reporting bugs should stop misleading people & provide logs I think.this is not easy work for fonz especially coz we're not paying him to do this

there is a serious bug in calls! When I call it is already activated the speaker and you can not turn off!

Please don't give up fonz!, go ahead! :) . maybe is caused by viper4android?, i installed this before to make the call with the problem.

Did you switch lpa.decode from =true to =false? is one of the thing required and recommended by Viper4Android's developer

I think that the VoIP issue was present on G510 only since the beginning, i made a build without some of the new props that i added since 15/12 build and VoIP it is still working.., next build might include the fix for echo in calls (i hope so), i'll build it later

NEW BUILD UP.

 

No echo here, VoIP seems to work (FB Messenger calls and Viber).

On G510 mic is still muted with Facebook Messenger, i didn't receive logcats so i cant' even look at it

There are apps from the playstore that will record logcat too.

Yup i try catlog and already reported but fonz said that is not a full logcat. I try several times its the same logcat appears.. that why i please for someone got g510 to try post logcat for fb messenger. Hope someone will do. :)

Omg, you sent me a screenshot of 3 lines, this is not a logcat.. you don't have to search for a messenger error, you just have to open catlog and then save the log, no screenshots, no "messenger" search, the problem here is the hardware, so the error is not shown in messenger

Has anyone with a G510 using VoIP and these fixes tried playing with ro.config.dualmic=true/false in build.prop and/ or AutoVolumeControl.txt in /system/etc

May have no effect, just my 2 cents.

Is not a fix, it's an add-on, but i disabled it temporary, i'll add it again in the future.
