Stable ROM for G510-0100

Hello everybody, I'm a newbie here.

I'm playing with my sister's phone, an Huawei Ascend G510-0100 with stock TIM-branded ROM to give here a better ROM

phone is rooted, bootloader is unlocked and recovery is TWRP 2.8.0.1

I was looking for a custom ROM suitable for her "noob" use, ROM must be (in order of importance):

1. STABLE: no bugs or few

2. USER-FRIENDLY: she doesn't know anything about tweaking android

3. FAST: fast :D

 

PS: can anybody tell me how to flash with TWRP? I've always used CWM

If u want JellyBean try AOSP MOD by H3R0S. If u want KitKat, try AOSPA by luca020400.

Flashing:

Go to TWRP, wipe everything except SD card (where u put the ROM). Then flash ROM, wipe dalvik/cache and reboot. :)

thank you, system is now installed and works very well :)

do I flash Google apps the same way or can I avoid all these wipes?

Go to TWRP and flash GAPPS, than wipe cache/dalvik and reboot to system.

...In next time, flash GAPPS with (after) ROM. :)

For stock based ROMs gapps are already included. For CM based ROMs you need to flash gapps, but gapps must be for certain version.
