CM10 toggles

Hi guys

I'm new here but I have a y300 for quite sometime. Every ROM that I think is stable and fast has the lidroid toggles but I found it super laggy. Can someone show me a method to flash the cm10 toggles not the stock toggles. If someone has the 4.2 clock to flash as stock clock app I would be grateful.
