Guest slime00 Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 found an interesting article talking about worst gpu performances on kitkat, unfortunately the solution proposed is for qualcomm devices, but who knows, maybe they could be adapted somehow... http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg-g-flex/396607-much-lower-antutu-score-after-4-4-2-upgrade.html#post3709071
Guest korekore1 Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 (edited) mt6582 is an older SoC, I took a phone with one of those for my mother (1 year and a half ago, mt6592 wasn't still out) with 4.2.2 and it didn't had it. then it updated to kitkat, upgrading some screen drivers the function was implemented and now her phone has double tap to wake... also, elephone p3000s with our very same SoC has the function... so it's not SoC related! it has been discussed here before, our chip doesn't support double tap to wake or slide to wake. We have roms coming out everyday,if it was supported you would have it.Even Coolpad would put that in their rom.Its a big feature edit:i was wrong,it supports double tap!
