how to install cyanogenmode to my ascend y300

hi guys, am noob in this. I have rooted my phone using unlockroot, and checked the status of root in my phone via rootchecker and it is showing "phone is rooted :)"

 

now I want to install some new rom, heard from some one I need cyanogen mode for it.

 

But how do I go forward from my present status...

 

How to instal cyanogen or how to install roms, please provide me step by step.
