Rooted device with custcust recovery installed.

How;

1. Download the ROM based on what device you're using  Y300 (U8833) , G510 (U8951) , G330 (U8825)

1.1 Don't forget to Download Gapps (Google services and ext…) 

2. Put the downloaded ROM into your SD card 

3. Boot into Recovery CWM (6.0.4.5) or TWRP (2.7.1.0 and above)

4. Flash the .zip that you've downloaded.

@chil360 I want to report that I never encounter any black screen with 24.8.2015 (399Mb) kernel. If you don't mind, I did a lot of customizations in the ramdisk. The changes I did is

Lock frequncy (max 1047Mhz & min 245Mhz)

Interactive default governor

Customize Interactive governor (making more responsive)

Mpdecision disable by default

Zram disable by default (can't be turn on) its there but I removed for it not to work. I'm not a Zram fan

Changed minfree value

Changed uksm value 

Changed vm values (copied from moddingg33k kernel)

Changed I/O schedule to "fiops"

 

The result is way smooth and more battery friendly

Here gets confused when you switch the main memory to sd ext, and maybe even if you don't do this.
It's a known bug that occours also with cm10.1 by Fonz.
Just copy (don't cut) and paste here folder from internal to external (or viceversa) and this will do the trick
