CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 5.X.X (Lollipop), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below there is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.
What are Nightly builds? Auto compiled builds of the latest CyanogenMod source from github. This version change each night and aren't officialy supported. If you find bugs/issues you can/must discuss here (do not submit nightlies bug on CyanogenMod issue tracker).
What's working :

  • RIL (Calls, SMS, Data)
  • Wifi
  • Bluetooth
  • Camera ( Photos )
  • Audio ( Record and Playback )
  • Sensors
  • Flash
  • Led
  • Video playback (software)

What's not working :

  • Video playback (hardware)
  • FM Radio
  • Sometimes you can get a black screen while resuming from sleep, the cause is still unknown
  • Sometimes, trying to upload a file can cause a random reboot
  • Random camera errors, reboot your phone and it will work again.

Instructions :

  • Download the latest build and gapps
  • Reboot to recovery (TWRP required)
  • Flash the latest build and gapps
  • Reboot

How to report a bug?

- Send me a logcat and/or a dmesg

- Phone model (Y300 or G510)

any bug report without the minimum requirements won't be accepted.

I can just agree with @spanitzer, it's pretty laggy but Homescreen is alright. However, some Screenshots for you:

Ein Deutscher Kollege :)

But the Rom is for me a little bit better than SlimLP!

Thanks Chil for the Sources and Luca for CM12!

Jawohl  ^_^

Yeah, thanks to Chil and Luca! I've waited a long time for Lollipop to happen.

And I've to say, for me the CM12 is better, because it got the Theme Chooser  :D
