Guest hulio25 Posted March 3, 2015 Report Posted March 3, 2015 Hi guys!!! I flashed stock recovery with this (thru terminal): su dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17 and bricked my phone. I used KonstaT´s recovery.img that i found here: http://www.modaco.com/topic/360389-recovery-clockworkmod-6049-for-zte-blade-iii/ Didn´t really understand the warning a few rows under. Now only red light shows up when I try to turn it on. The phone shows up in device manager as ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface (DFU), (even when i connect it without holding buttons??). I tryed to fix it with MAL_DFU_tools.exe with stock recovery.img that i found here (inside the update.zip): http://www.modaco.com/topic/361786-zte-blade-iii-stock-roms/ and here: http://www.modaco.com/topic/363769-stock-recovery-flashable-all-country-updated-added-turkey/ but it didnt work. It goes well and finishes the job but when i try to turn it on again only red light shows (even when holding vol+ and power it doesn´t go into recovery). I´m thinking about flashing all files thru DFU but im scared that i´ll brick it completely.. Don´t know what to do next.. The phone is brand new, still under warranty, maybe I should give it back and ask for repair..??
Guest Le Cosaque Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 Follow the guide given by Konstat in this topic http://www.modaco.com/topic/361786-zte-blade-iii-stock-roms/ and you should be able to fix it :)
