I think what he means is, in this file you can set the defaults. For example, I changed the flash to off on the relevant line and the default storage path from internal to external SD card. If you don't change it in this XML file, the app won't remember these details and will revert to the values in the file.

So, no way for a standalone camera (the one that keeps settings, too)? :(

with emui, coolui and coloros our camera really shines! Especially during daylight, it isn't afraid to battle phones with twice and even three time the price!

Tested my modified lgcamera against Samsung Galaxy S4 Active's  stock camera and a better camera apk. Indoors - medium light conditions, no Flashlight.. ..

Well,

:D

Sorry, nothing special there. Just a brave sparrow. Or thirsty, perhaps. :)

Or human friendly...

;)

Anyway, both photos are in full zoom.

Good details sampling without remarkable noise..

Yes - good quality on zoom alright.

Nice sparrow too... :D

Just to recap - is you camera mod/hack compatible with all or just some ROMs?

All A310 AOSPs for example?

It is compatible with ALL coolpad/a310 roms..

It is, also, compatible with other devices too. Tested on lenovo k3 and cubot x10...
