Has anyone tested this rom paying attention to the battery life? I'd like to install it but I NEED EXCELLENT battery life, if not, please recommend me some other room, I love playing dead trigger on my phone and using social media, fb, twitter, insta and whatsapp!!!

I would like to know that such is this ROM Kitkat.

1) Is it stable and does not have constant restarts ?.
2) Does the camera work properly and does not close?
3) Battery life is stable?
4) No problem with video codecs?

Sorry for so many questions, I had not noticed about this ROM.

no problem, i guess all answers are YES. Camera problems starts from Android 5.0+ also video codecs.

Battery is not bad and ROM is pritty stable.

Never tried. Viber could works, never tried Skype video on any rom.

I can not try it, now work for Y300. Should work for G510 and G330 (OC by WBrambley is working for G300 for SlimKat)

Thank you for trying. So, G510 can work on 1.3GHz, good to know. Ok, Synopsys kernel is better on DU.

hi , thanks for this rom.

i installed this rom for g510 (DU_u8951_4.4.4_20161007-0821.v8.2-fixed) and GAPPS (open_gapps-arm-4.4-mini-20170521) .

But when I do I install app (Huawei Backup_7.1.1.310_OVE.apk) Error can not install the app.

please help me. thanks.

Maybe it could be used only on EMUI roms(official stock huawei roms) or maybe it's made for another android version more recent than kitkat

Huawei Backup app works on 4.4.4 custom systems, no need stock rom. Maybe it is problem with full data or cache...
