Hi Adeii. Dmesg the same cm13 big errors not found, recovery.log need after installation GlazeOS and logcat from system boot.

I will try install GlazeOS-v1.0-nonbootable-u8833-20170525.zip in my u8951d.

I've trying to higher freq. to 1056 and 1095 MHz in kernel but not bootable. 1046MHz works. Maybe freq.table is wrong. Do you have sourcecode or patch for 1095MHz?

https://github.com/Lanchon/haystack <--- patch deodexed ROMs to use microG, without Xposed + FakeGapps, just experiment, not finale.

UPDATE: No so recommended, maybe fine for fresh new installed rom. Side-effects are wierd and some apps are no more "legally installed".

 

 

June build (better say march re-build) for u8833, u8951 and u8951d are uploaded on Mega.NZ, see first and second post!

I think that reason why is chill360 kernel is set to 1046 MHz Max is because it's highest stable frequency. However those 40 MHz are not special.

Sorry, I was mistaken, frequency was 1045 mhz, however, it is also better than nothing)

Adeii, can you try to fix file uploading? It doesnt't work on any ROM with Android 5 or higher(

I have no new idea about compiling and/or fixing custom roms.

* SlimKat 9.1 and newer roms, use SlimLP, Slim6 or CM13 kernel by chil360 - main fault is: uploading file(s) reboot phone(*), FM radio no more working.

* Nougat roms are not working for msm7x27a devices, except experimental GlazeOS build for LG L5 (e610).

* OpenGapps lags a lot on any MM rom, so microG FW may replace OG, with requirements (like Xposed, FakeGapps, etc), or to patch framework.jar on DEODEXED rom to gain signing spoofing permission. According to this: Signature-Spoofing, some roms already had SS, so I've tried to compile...

* OmniRom 6 for Y300/G510 - has working SS, Play Store works with mG, root is gain in hard way(**), BT, FM and Camera do not works... other stuffs seams to work.

* crDroid 6 for Y300/G510 - can not find SS in Apps; BT, FM and Camera also do not works... roms seams fast, not much options.

 

ROMs are uploaded on AFH; sourcecodes are GitHub; if anyone wants for experiments with building/repacking....

* system apps and adb via wifi can upload files normaly, others reboot phone after few kBytes sent.

** omnirom6 has to be flashed from CWM 6.0.x.x, so recovery have to repair root and after first boot, you have to flash SuperSU-systemmode to gain root.

Why you not enable doze and call record in cm13?
Weritos enable doze in cm13 for vee7,  this reduce power consumption.
Maybe build Carbon rom or Mokee os, this room is much better than lineage.

Thanks for all replies, maybe Carbon cr4.0 MM be next one. No more device_out_fm_rx, out_fm_a2dp, in_fm_tx in LP/MM, just out_fm and in_fm_tuner (and _in_tv_tuner). What version of Spirit FM "catches" signal on MM?

crDroid is rebuilt and uploaded, deodexed, with signature spoofing. BT, fm and camera still DO NOT work. but rom already has

Settings->Display-> Ambient display doze !!! and new DozeService is added, in background, no gui. And will be add in next (Carbon 4.0 MM) rom, this month :)  DozeService.apk, flashable is here!

Hi Adeii. Spirit light 2014_12_04 work, but need set permission  0664 in /dev/radio0.

Maybe this error in logcat "bt_a2dp_hw: adev_set_parameters: ERROR: set param called even when stream out is null" breaks fm

I am not able to flash this rom on my Huawei Ascend G510-0200

 

I am using TWRP 2.7.1.0 for flashing this ROM and i am wiped system, cache, dalvik cache, cust, data before installing and after few seconds i am get error while flashing :(

 

EDIT: I am installed this ROM with CWM Recovery, but i am not able to boot this ROM, any advance?

Well, do you have error cause of wrong device? What is device reply like: "This device is ......".

If it that only problem, edit file: META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script , delete first 4-5 lines, so the first line will be

"ui_print("Target: Huawei/lineage_u8951d/u8951d:6.0.1/MOB31T/91bb6b5246:userdebug/test-keys");"

If not, recovery is old to support MM/6.0 rom, use TWRP 3.x.x by Ceastel or CWM 6.0.4.5 or 6.0.5.0 by dazzozo - they works for sure.

Can anyone tell me which are the (1) advantages and (2) disadvantages of using this ROM (in comparison with the original one - or ROMs based on the original one) besides the more customizations that CyanogenMod/LineageOS allows one to make?

Also, will this LineageOS build automatically update, like the original ROM? Or will I have to manually install a new build, every time one is made?

I am flashed this ROM via CWM now, but i am not able to boot into LineageOS, what i am do more? :(

Lollipop and Marshmallow ROMs is not recomeneeded by me for dialy use on our devices (beacuse very fast battery drain than stock based ROMs, long lags with OpenApps etc.), you do not able to get automatically updates on most custom ROMs and if you really want to use this ROM you must use SWAP Memory. My recomeneedation ROM for our devices is CyanogenMod 10.1 by Fonz93 or CyanogenMod 11 by Dazzozo or AOSP B209 (MOD)
