[PROBLEM] Google store won't download apps

Hello, I have a problem with the Huawei G510. Every time I try to update applications or try to install any application on the market, it remains stuck on download, after some time, it says something like: Failed to download (error 495)
I tried to delete data, cache, nothing worked

Any suggestions?

Now I have CM 10 because I think it's the most fluid rom, but I would like to hear other opinions

Android 4.1.2 JB

Google play version: 12.5.15

I tried with different roms but no results, if anyone knows how can I fix this, or has a better rom with google play working, please let me know.

I think it's something with Download manager 4.1.2 app
