Guest titaniumcross Posted November 19, 2003 Report Share Posted November 19, 2003 I also bought my SAP from a friend and he lost the receipt. My power button had a crack and it eventually broke. I was using a paperclip just to use my SAP. What I did is just went there to Brightpoint and showed the phone to them. They did not even ask for a receipt. The Customer Service Rep was "Honeylet". She just scanned at the bar code at the back and accepted my phone. now it looks brand new! I was able to get the keypad, powerbutton, softkeys, and joystick replaced for free.
