Guest chibako Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 tatakot na pumunta sa bright???point... pero I have to, lumubog na yung soft keys ko e. ganon ba katagal ayusin ng brightpoint yun? (including the finger printing at paglalagay ng buhok sa SAP) ;) And is it still free of charge? :? my SAP is still in the warranty period...
Guest grifter Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 yup. still FREE with FREE fingerprints and dust too.
Guest chibako Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 yup. still FREE with FREE fingerprints and dust too. ;) wala na ba tayong ibang choice? sa brightpoint lang ba talaga pwede magpagawa? request ko kaya na i'll be watching the technicians while they work on my phone?! :?
Guest grifter Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 ganon talaga eh. They handle your unit with bare hands. saka hindi dust free ang work area nila. kahit sino pwede pumasok. they have to touch the front cover lens since they have to remove this to replace the softkeys.
Guest chibako Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 dalan ko kaya ng gloves? hehehe! ;) i'll demand that they'll wear it when they work on my phone! hehehe!
Guest grifter Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 you can always clean it yourself when you get home. just expect na sure may dumi sa loob after the repair. Pag wala, swerte! pag meron, at least expected mo na.
Guest chibako Posted September 26, 2003 Report Posted September 26, 2003 I'm currently using the Qtek ROM, sa tingin nyo ba dapat ba muna akong magpalit ng ROM to smart 1.37 or 1.50 before going to brightpoint?
Guest mariolouis Posted September 27, 2003 Report Posted September 27, 2003 @chibaks not necessarily. microsoft din daw yung qtek eh. ;) kwentuhan mo ng kwentuhan para ma-divert yung attention. tapos kindatan mo! p.s. wag na wag mo silang uunahan na ingatan yung screen. yari ka dun!
Guest chibako Posted September 28, 2003 Report Posted September 28, 2003 @chibaks not necessarily. microsoft din daw yung qtek eh. ;) kwentuhan mo ng kwentuhan para ma-divert yung attention. tapos kindatan mo! p.s. wag na wag mo silang uunahan na ingatan yung screen. yari ka dun! Guest mlkanapi Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 Hey guys, Did you ever get a decent answer when you call for JO follow-up? Why don't they just remove that option and save us the frustration of hearing " Connection Error. Please try again..." :!:
Guest rodnav Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 Can somebody tell me where is location of Brightpoint and contact nos. I just brought my SAP 3 week ago and I need to replaced my damaged keypads bring it to smart wireless center and get your unit replaced with a new instead! before your 1 month ends!
Guest mlkanapi Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 Warning to all new SAP owners... According to my friend the replacement warranty period has been cut down to 15 days :!: Sounds a bit too short doesn't it?
Guest mlkanapi Posted September 29, 2003 Report Posted September 29, 2003 Sorry, double post. Something to do with poor internet connection...
