Guest dakok Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) This one is from official MMX Nitro A310 v3 release. Most of the loads of bloatware is removed (a game needs to be uninstalled)I fixed the root, gapps are inside. Launcher is lousy and you need to replace it with something better. You need to set APN's, too. Calling is fine, sound, camera and GPS, too.EDIT (21.05.2015.)CWM 6.0.5.0 recommended for flashing! It was rather simple to make it from original MMX Nitro A310 rom in CPB format. I used YGDP with recovery hack and this ultra simple guide for converting TWRP (v 2.6) backup to a flashable rom in zip format. META-INF was borrowed from Arpione's A310 rom (thanks mate :) )After a day of use, is seems slightly snapier in desktop and drawer than in maucat's AOSP. It might be because I made Holo launcher system app here (presented rom has original Launcher3).Antutu 5.2 shows 31000, 3D score is about 6200download EDIT:Just an idea: You can use Belle UI icon set, Zui Launcher, Android 5.0 keyboard with material look and Gravitybox for customisation. It is very fluid after several days of use, SOT is near 5 hrs per charging cycle. Camera is very good.EDIT 2:After one charging cycle it went down to zero like this: Stalled at 100%, 75%, 65%, 60% and 4% for hours, even with during heavy use. I thought it will drop to 0% fast after 40% but it didn't :D EDIT 3:I sent this rom to YDSS forum and Liutao made 2 new versions from it: Lite and Advanced (xposed and other stuff)Link EDIT 4:77chedu made a nice mod:It's deodexed, zipaligned, has init.d support. added maxxaudio and changed the media folder, and a few apps here and there, including the launcher (apex), plus a bootaudio tribute to Dakok (it's a stereo acapella jingle recorded with Parrot Recorder on Coolpad F1)(kernel has a "normal" size, because Dakok's being an extracted TWRP backup, its size was almost double) EDIT 5:77chedu new release Edited November 10, 2015 by dakok

Guest dakok Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 (edited) Sunce it went from 30% to zero in several minutes few days ago, I recharged the battery with phone off to 100%. Then it went rather slow down to 75% and remained there for over 6 hrs, even with screen on for some time. Now it stuck at 68% for several hours. 28 hours with 2:25 SOT and 68% remaining capacity. Why it stucked at 75 and now at 68%? Anyone else noticed such behavior? Edited January 10, 2015 by dakok

It seems it happens with mmx roms, calibrating when phone is close to 0 might help with correct level displaying.
Guest dakok Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 Now it's near 1d 22h with near 4h SOT and remaining capacity is 57%! It stalled at 100%, 75%, 70% and 60% for hours.
Guest Jpower73 Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 Maybe you do own a magical battery.... ;)
