SGP official J9 full rom file for WM6.5

Need help from bros here ..

I need to flash back the original firmware (Singapore version) for my O2. At present I have the following on my O2 ..

PDA : I8000NXXIL2

CSC : I8000XEUIL2

PHONE : I8000XXIL1

Which of the above I need to reflash using the NPS software?

for the country, you can choose Malaysia or Singapore.

Do you mean that XSOIJ2 is not a recognized official CSC by Samsung NPS?

for your info XSOJ2 is for winmo6.5

if you use this csc to flash, the NPS sure wouldn't update cause the csc file already up to date. you need to use older version of csc.

you need to downgrade to 6.1 in order for the NPS to update.

Hi,

I'm from singapore, I had previously flashed with secany official ROMS and would eventually like to try rodrigofd cooked ROMs

Currently with

PDA = JC

CSC = K2

Phone = K2

So in the next flash, should I combine official CSC J2 and Phone J1 with PDA L2 from rodrigofd? Is this the best option if I'm using in SIngapore?

I have no comment to this cause I still haven try the rodrigofd cooked rom yet.

Downloaded the CSC and the Phone parts of the file yesterday. Thanks for uploading the PDA part too. Have just finished downloading the PDA files too. Will flash my Omnia shortly. Thanks man

If someone installs and learn how-to use wireshark, he/she could find the url of a specific update file(s).

This is the tool to sniff NPS packets

once the user click to accept the update, the NPS started to download a zip file that contain all the update from web(still finding the full address ;) ) .

But it's encoded/scrambled i think, so i didn't bother to download entirely, many years ago i would probably have found the time and fun to dig right into it and hack it all. Done that, don't do that anymore :-)

There is downloader and decode tool called samsung-fus-downloader for android (sephail.net/projects/samsung-fus-downloader/), Hope someone can modify it!

2. i didnt have windows 7 here...I use winxp to flash....

Hi All,

I just got back from the Samsung Service Center and the ROM updated in my phone for Malaysia is exactly as per the one uploaded by Lysiong.

With those files, and win Win 7 Ultimate (32bit), I managed to go online via NPS 1.4IK1 and it worked, displaying the message NO Update at this time.

I'm so glad I can finally update ROMs via NPS and Secany ROMs with Win 7! ;)

Nope the J9 rom from Singapore does not ship with omnia Pro UI. :)
