I found a program called nueSIPDefault (Download here). It sets the default keyboard on every startup. This program worked for me but now I have an error from services.exe on every startup. I found some problem about Calendar that in HTC Calendar I can see all my appointments in only 2-3 second and It all disappear. :) but when you go to see in original WM Calendar it appear !!!
