That guide is to make status bar pullup and pulldown be faster, if u want to make it smoother, I guess that you should do the contrary... Correct me if I wrong

***UPDATE***:

 

Changelog:

 

           V1.5 [27/03/2014] [bIG CHANGES]
 

           .-Small fix at portrait view

           .-KitKat icons and Design

           .-Brightness icon and text replaced by display

           .-Added 7 new icons to quickpanel [Camera, Torch, Screen Filter, Dev Settings, GPS, Data, and Language]

           .-Included 2 apps to quickpanel [Don't delete it cuz are necessary to quickpanel functionality] [Torch, and Screen Filter]

           .-New transpaerncy method [Gradient as Kitkat] [OPTIONAL] Thanks to @ATTACK

               .-And even more, I not remember.

Try replacing it directly to framework or make sure that system is mounted before install cuz transparency works  :P

i found framework folder, but:

who replace META-INF folder?

i font found this folder in internal or external storage

You only need to replace "android.policy.jar" in framework folder.

Transparency is only to notification header... you want the transparency on notification panel, right??

im confused...

i see screen in first page, status bar trasparence, i want the same effect, i dont understand "trasparency on notification pannel" i dont need trasparence on take down notification

in screen in my current statusbar, black not trasparent

Dont know, try with the newest version [space-Mod]_SystemUI_V1.5.zip

For the transparency you can use GravityBox (Xposed Module)

Ok... This mod consumes a lot of memory [RAM] because it had not zipaligned it... Sorry   <_<
 
Now it's full zipaligned and consume only ~15mb, just ~5mb more than default Fusion X SystemUI.apk. [Only the last version, Download link is the same]

yes, I've always used, but I had not noticed that you could set the statusbar transparent

although it has never been active consumes ram the same?
