Guest dakok Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 I flashed several cpb roms with YGDP Tool and it went like this: Wait few minutes for your rom to unpack. Click on Start button Turn off the phone and connect it to PC / Laptop Wait for YGDP Tool to finish the flashing procedure No need for power button there...

Guest mixanikosgr Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 No need for power button there... I totally agree and i also have done it many times. The phone is connected to the pc turned off. if the flashing procedure doesn't start and the phone starts charging then disconnect wait a little and connect again or connect the phone without battery

Guest corvettec3 Posted November 21, 2014 Report Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) Hi, now on my phone I've jonzalvo pure v2. To install 041 official rom, can I flash it by ygdp ( replacing custom recovery with stock recovery to make root) or with coolpad download assistant ? Before I fash it, should I make a factory reset ? If you're flashing a rom in CPB format then no reset is necessary. Turn phone off, run YGDP, config -> choose right phone model -> apply (now wait untill it unpack cpb) then replace recovery.img, click start, now turn phone on with power button, if you have proper drivers and no other phone software is running (like nokia pc suite, kies) process should start using port com8 and should be finished in approx 5 minutes, if cell 0 progress bar is moving that is good sign. I've pure jonzalvo. I tried to flash official 041 by YGDP but the process stops at 98% and show an error. I've also tried to replace stock recovery with custom recovery (twrp 2.6.0 and cwm 6.5.0) but nothing. Maybe, should I make factory reset? Edited November 21, 2014 by corvettec3

Maybe discharging persentage looks more accurate. Also, it has many Indonesian craps like booking cinemas, restaurants etc. Strange is that they keep re-install themselves after i remove them. I think that apk "dr. Secure" is quite suspicious for that. By all means, no improvement at all. I case you find any changelog, please provide.. Edited November 22, 2014 by Jpower73
Guest userDJJ Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 Use root explorer and delete 'em from /system folder (or /vendor/operator/).

I'm Indonesian but it seems it's not from around here. Yup.. It keeps updating and installing itself. But I've disabled it.
Guest dakok Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 Yes, it would be really funny if an Indian rom would have Indonesian bloatware. :D
