im new in this forum, and decided to post since i owned one of the rebranded version of coolpad F1, himax polymer from Indonesia.

 

i need advice regarding the MIUI ROM,

based on the 1st post by dakok ,  i found several MIUI roms that i think is quite nice.

can anyone give me advice which MIUI ROM that have all settings translated?

i tried JasonOS, that rom is nice, but there are still some settings left untranslated and still in chinese language,

 

and in settings, some menus didn't have any description, so it's just like an icon with a blank  bar( i can't quite describe it well, so i attached some screenshots in spoiler) 

and in keyboard, some menus are in chinese too.

 

although it's not really important, but it's still bothering me, :D

 so ,is there any fully translated MIUI Rom for coolpad F1?

i have difficulties understanding the MIUI thread, even after i turn on google translation on the MIUI forum page.

any help is appreciated

So, do we have native aosp KK for coolapad f1?? I'm using one of the ts-cdma ports and have problems with the signal.

 

Hope this native version works as good as 4.2 versions.

AFAIK, indonesian version of coolpad F1,  himax polymer has aosp KK rom out of the box.

it's wcdma version.

i don't really need indonesian language, rather, i prefer english language actually. so im looking for miui rom that are fully translated in english

On kitkat roms titanium works for me only when I use kinguser root. When I used SuperSu titanium worked, but I can't restore my backups.

In case I flash new kk rom I asume it doesn't has root and probably my twrp recovery will be deleted too...

maybe it's better to wait for cwm/twrp flashable package

This made me wonder which root tool is used for kinguser.

 

It is Root Genius from Shuame

It has Coolpad F1 WCDMA - 8297W in the list of supported devices

Vroot 1.7.8, Genius root install kinguser when rooting. And I have 2 different zip file for CWM root: one of them install SuperSu, the other install kinguser...

For restore tbu backups, you have to move them to the sdcard0 (internal memory) then you have to change the backup folder and you should be able to restore the apps from internal memory. At least that worked for me... more or less.

Vroot 1.7.8, Genius root install kinguser when rooting. And I have 2 different zip file for CWM root: one of them install SuperSu, the other install kinguser...
