@dakok: My guess about the taiwanese rom install failure is that the phone and the CPB have some kind of IDs that don't match. If you're really keen on flashing it then you could try to open the CPB file with a hex editor like HxD and modify the IDs at the start to match a CPB for our phone.

official KK roms in CPB format

I have get a awesome volume playing music with walkman tweak, I will add 2 versions, totally clean (totally) and with extras..., and I fixed charging logo

i can also confirm low volume. It is slightly better with walkman and viper, but ringtone and notification are low...please fix it...no other bugs

Yeah I also experience low volume compared to Baidu and Coolife too damn low.

Volume bug...
Try this, open mobile uncle.
Choose Engineering -> MTK Engineering
Swipe right 2 times, Choose Audio.
Select Normal mode, change type to Media.
Change the value,
Level 0 -> 112 and then press set
Level 1 -> 136 and then press set
Level 2 -> 160 and then press set
Level 3 -> 184 and then press set
Level 4 -> 208 and then press set
Level 5 -> 232 and then press set

Level 6 -> 255 and then press set

PD : after changing this, press back and do this step again for Headset and Loudspeaker mode..

Hope this works.. mine working anyway (baldos81 AOSP)
Also set xloud on Viper4FX... Sound fixed..

Can anyone check if on 4.4.x ROMs WIFI LEAP username + password authentication works (configured by any *LEAP* app as settings don't allow to configure LEAP)?

On 4.2.2 it doesn't work (on all phones, not only MTK based) - wpa_supplicant bug which came with 4.2 (worked fine on Android versions between 2.3 - 4.1.2) and still persisting even on few 4.3 & 4.4 phones.

Volume bug...

Try this, open mobile uncle.

Play music, and then change Max Vol thing, I have it at 145.

You also have tu set 160 on max volume.

But after do this...I think the general volume it's lower than other roms.

Other thing i see it's the Whatsapp messages sometimes only arrive when you open the conversation.

volume is much better after these modifications in engineering mode...hope that battery life is good and that there is no unlock lag after some time...

By the way, inside a Flash Pack, a ROOT package, you need to use a third-party recovery into the flash. 

Flash package without restarting after brushing, then brush ROOT package like, prompted, choose to cancel

the restart just fine, complete ROOT. Thanks ROOT ROOT package package provided by the author.

 

There are two files inside Share folder. The other one might be a root patch.

As I get it, you flash the rom, stay in recovery and then flash that root patch.

leak.17 i vote also for a pure and clean rom

if you have test something and it is awesome you can put a zip for it or you can install them as user app

script and tweaks definitely leave them out of rom as they go to system or build.prop

for tweks/script that you have find @dakok must put them in the first page

I got problem. I install LeWa OS. But it was without gapps and root... Now i cant get in Recovery mod, and i cant root it by MobileUncle. I'd like to change it to MIUI but i dont know how. Any Help?
