Guest dakok Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) korekore1, please give more details :) Anyone interested in TWRP 2.6 (NVRAM backup)? Edited September 28, 2014 by dakok
Guest korekore1 Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) korekore1, please give more details :) Anyone interested in TWRP 2.6 (NVRAM backup)? that problems that i had with the 8297 td-scdma cpb roms that gave fails on YGDP where solved when i added the ''w'' to 8297 both on phoneinfo (ProductName = 8297W) and params file (1.01.000.P1.8297W).I did it with notepad++ for safety .I changed the second phoneinfo file as well (the one found outside that folder) i then just replaced them in the ygdp temp folder along with the recovery and continued normally with the flashing.I used the 8297 setting on the config panel on ygdp so this has to change accordingly to the rom's origin i suppose. Guest dakok Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 You mean you edited yl-params.bin file? You didn't replace it with that file from wcdma cpb stock rom?
Guest korekore1 Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) You mean you edited yl-params.bin file? You didn't replace it with that file from wcdma cpb stock rom? i copied it out of the ygdp folder to the desktop and edited it with notepad++,then replaced the one i edited with the one inside the folder.Didn't use files from another rom. Guest dakok Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 I compared two bin files earlier and there were 2 diferencies inside. Not just that w letter
Guest korekore1 Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) I compared two bin files earlier and there were 2 diferencies inside. Not just that w letter i only added the 'w' once in each file as i wrote above. The only changes i did are the ones i marked in bold (W) in my earlier post Edited September 28, 2014 by korekore1
Guest korekore1 Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) i noticed the differences too but didn't do both changes.Just see what it is changed in the photos posted earlier http://www.modaco.com/content/uploads/monthly_09_2014/post-1046847-14119295539277.jpg Edited September 28, 2014 by korekore1
Guest dakok Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 (edited) These are lines from F1 WCDMA 036 and Micromax A310 YL-params.bin files: CONFIGURATION CP8297W CONFIGURATION CP8297W_I01 DYNAMIC 1.01.058.P0.8297W DYNAMIC 1.01.008.P0.8297W_I01 According to your example with TDSCDMA rom, you would delete only the end of the last line: _I01 (Dynamic) Edited September 28, 2014 by dakok
Guest mindtrapper Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 Do we have english TWRP 2.8? Or are we still with 2.4?
Guest yuusuv Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 is this just me or laek v4 seems can't boot to homescreen... sometimes its redirecting to twrp and sometimes its screen just blackout..

Guest matejsolid Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 is this just me or laek v4 seems can't boot to homescreen... sometimes its redirecting to twrp and sometimes its screen just blackout.. I have CWM recovery and everything underwent good.
Guest matejsolid Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 And is good rom? You mean laek.17 ? Yeah great rom,one of the best I used so far and I used almost all. First few versions had issue with low volume and push up notifications,laek.17 adressed that and fixed. I recommend for everyone who are looking for stable, bug and lag free rom for Coolpad F1,also camera app is good and battery life is excellent ( 4 h 15 SOT over 3G with Whatsapp,Facebook,Tapatalk,Messenger etc ) and 5-5h 30 min SOT over wifi and youtube ! ;)
Guest Dovahpig Posted September 29, 2014 Report Posted September 29, 2014 What about antutu score in v4? People on needrom reporting 21000 score compared to 31000 in v3.
